PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER IN FULL BEFORE ACCESSING ANY COURSE CONTENT
Trading leveraged financial products including cryptocurrency futures involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. This disclaimer forms part of the terms under which you access the North Point Trading course and community. By proceeding you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms set out below.
1. Not Financial Advice
North Point Trading, its founder Tim Allan, and all associated materials including but not limited to course modules, lesson PDFs, resource documents, video content, community posts, Discord messages, trade setups, daily bias posts, trade monitoring updates and trade reviews (collectively "the Content") are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing contained within the Content constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice or any other form of advice regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other regulatory body. The Content does not take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, experience, risk tolerance or needs.
You should not treat any content produced by North Point Trading as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. Before making any financial decision you should seek independent advice from a qualified and authorised financial adviser.
2. Risk Warning — Leveraged Trading
Cryptocurrency futures trading and other leveraged financial products carry a significantly higher degree of risk than conventional investments. The use of leverage means that both gains and losses are magnified relative to the capital you deploy.
You may lose your entire initial deposit and may be required to deposit additional funds. You should only trade with capital that you can afford to lose in its entirety without affecting your financial wellbeing, lifestyle or obligations.
The following risks are associated with leveraged cryptocurrency trading and are not exhaustive: market volatility, liquidity risk, exchange counterparty risk, technical and platform failures, regulatory changes, cybersecurity threats and the risk of total capital loss. Cryptocurrency markets operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can experience extreme price movements over very short time periods.
The compounding projections and illustrative return figures presented within the course materials are for educational demonstration purposes only. They do not represent guaranteed returns, typical returns, or returns that you should expect to achieve. Actual results will vary and may be significantly worse than any illustration provided.
3. Educational Purpose Only
The course From Zero to First Trade is designed to provide structured education in trading methodology, risk management principles and technical analysis. It is intended to develop knowledge and understanding — not to guarantee profitable trading outcomes.
The trading method described within the course, including the Tier system, risk framework, indicator methodology and trade management approach, has been developed by Tim Allan based on his personal trading experience. It represents one approach to trading and is not the only approach. It may not be suitable for every individual.
No representation is made that any student who completes the course will become a profitable trader. Trading profitably requires knowledge, discipline, capital, emotional control and consistent application over an extended period of time. Many traders who possess all of these qualities still experience periods of significant loss.
4. Past Performance and Illustrative Examples
Any trades discussed, reviewed or referenced within the course content — including but not limited to the Module 07 complete trade walkthrough, daily bias posts, trade setup posts, trade monitoring posts and trade reviews — are presented for educational illustration purposes only.
Past trading performance, whether of Tim Allan or any other trader referenced, is not indicative of future performance. The fact that a particular trade was profitable in the past does not mean that similar trades will be profitable in the future.
All price levels, Fibonacci targets, Elliott Wave projections and technical analysis discussed within the course represent analytical opinions formed at a point in time. Markets do not always behave as technical analysis suggests they will.
5. No Signal Service or Copy Trading
North Point Trading is not a signal service. Tim Allan's trade setups, daily bias posts and trade monitoring posts shared within the community are provided as educational examples of how the Northpoint Method is applied in live market conditions. They are not instructions or recommendations to place the same trades.
You must not copy trades posted in the community without fully understanding the rationale, the risk parameters, the invalidation levels and the management plan for each trade. Copying trades without this understanding removes the educational value of the content and introduces risks you may not be prepared to manage.
North Point Trading accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of copying or attempting to replicate any trade discussed within the course or community.
6. Exchange and Platform Risk
The course references cryptocurrency exchanges and trading platforms for illustrative purposes. North Point Trading does not endorse, recommend or guarantee the security, reliability, regulatory status or suitability of any specific exchange or platform.
Cryptocurrency exchanges carry counterparty risk. Funds held on an exchange are subject to the risk of exchange insolvency, hacking, regulatory closure or technical failure. You should research any exchange independently before depositing funds and should consider using hardware wallets for the secure storage of significant cryptocurrency holdings.
The regulatory status of cryptocurrency exchanges varies significantly by jurisdiction and is subject to change. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any exchange complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.
7. Tax Obligations
Cryptocurrency trading may give rise to tax liabilities in your jurisdiction. In the United Kingdom, His Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) treats cryptocurrency as a capital asset and gains may be subject to Capital Gains Tax. Different tax treatments may apply in other jurisdictions.
North Point Trading does not provide tax advice. You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting your tax obligations arising from any cryptocurrency trading activity. You should consult a qualified tax adviser in your country of residence for guidance specific to your circumstances.
8. Regulatory Status
North Point Trading is an educational business. Tim Allan is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body as an investment adviser, portfolio manager or financial services provider.
The course and community are structured as educational products and are not intended to constitute regulated financial services activity. If you are in any doubt as to whether this course is appropriate for you given your personal circumstances, you should seek independent legal or financial advice before proceeding.

9. Intellectual Property
All course content, lesson materials, resource documents, video content, scripts, frameworks, methodology descriptions and branding produced by North Point Trading are the intellectual property of North Point Trading and Tim Allan.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own private educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, share, sub-license or transmit any course content in whole or in part without the prior written permission of North Point Trading.
This includes but is not limited to sharing lesson PDFs, reproducing course content in other courses or educational materials, uploading course videos to third-party platforms and sharing community posts or trade analysis beyond the private community.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, North Point Trading, its founder, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the course content, community or any trading activity undertaken as a result of or in connection with the course.
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, and regardless of whether North Point Trading has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Your Responsibility
By accessing and using the course content you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are legally permitted to trade financial products in your country of residence, that you understand the risks associated with leveraged cryptocurrency trading, and that you accept full personal responsibility for any trading decisions you make.
You acknowledge that trading losses are a normal part of trading and that experiencing losses does not in itself constitute grounds for any claim against North Point Trading.
